FULL Wedding/Event Planning & Design (Starting at $3000)

For the busy client needing assistance from start to finish
-Initial consultation
-Future consultations by phone, person or email
-Complete event design concept and implementation for your theme & decor
-Budget tracking and advice
-Assistance with Vendor & Venue selection
-Review vendor contract
-Organize & execute detailed and comprehensive timeline

-Assist with music selection
-Assist with menu and bar selection
-Direct wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

-On site wedding day management (up to 10 hours)


PARTIAL Event Planning & Design (Starting at $2000)

For the client who has booked a venue and a few vendors but you need help finding the rest and on the day of the event

Wedding or Event Day Management/Coordinator (Starting at $1295)

Give yourself a pat on the back! You've done all the planning.  Now you need a professional to bring it all together and to ensure the event flows smoothly

-Initial consultation (up to 2 hours)
-Up to (4) hours of consultations in person, by phone or email
-Oversee wedding/event day installation
-Organize & execute detailed and comprehensive timeline
-Rehearsal coordination and direction (up to 2 hours)
-On site wedding day management (up to 8 hours)

- Distance of the Venue
- Multiple Locations
- Guest Count

- Number of members in Wedding Party
- Complexity of Theme and Design
- Estimation of Hours (Length of Event)

- Number of months left until the event
